Listing Safety & Moderation

Report an Ad

Report a specific advertisement that appears misleading, unsafe, prohibited or incorrectly listed. Identify the exact ad and explain your concern. You can submit a report without signing in.

Report a Specific Ad for Review

A useful report identifies the exact content and explains the concern, so administrators can check the correct listing. Reports do not automatically prove wrongdoing or result in removal.

We assess the available information under our Terms & Conditions and applicable requirements before deciding on action.

Choose the Closest Reason

  • Misleading or inaccurate information: A claim, price, description or availability appears materially wrong.
  • Prohibited or unsafe content: The ad appears to promote content or conduct not permitted on the platform.
  • Impersonation or fake profile: Someone seems to be using another person’s identity or images.
  • Spam or suspected scam: Repeated deceptive ads, suspicious payment pressure or identifiable fraud concerns.
  • Wrong location or contact information: Details are inaccurate or belong to another person.
  • Another issue: Explain why the listing needs review.

In the details field, state the closest reason and distinguish what you observed from what you suspect.

Give Us Enough Detail

  1. Paste the full advertisement URL from your browser.
  2. Include the country or region connected with the advertisement in your explanation.
  3. Begin with a short summary and identify the exact sentence, image, claim or contact method involved.
  4. Explain what happened, what you directly observed and what action you request.
  5. Add other affected URLs to your message if several ads are involved. This form accepts text and links, not attachments.

Share Evidence Responsibly

Include only relevant facts and URLs. Do not send passwords, account access links, payment codes, full banking details or unrelated personal records. Do not download, forward or upload suspected illegal images.

If money was lost, consider contacting your payment provider or the appropriate authority separately. Filing a website report cannot reverse a payment. See our scam-reporting guidance.

How a Report Is Handled

A success confirmation indicates that your report was submitted for review; it does not guarantee removal. Administrators may check the ad, request clarification, restrict or remove content, address an account issue or decide no further action is justified.

There is no guaranteed removal deadline. For follow-up, refer to your original report and the same ad URL instead of submitting repeated reports.

Privacy and Good-Faith Reporting

Your report is not published as an advertisement. Provide a valid email for possible follow-up. Some details may be needed for moderation or legal purposes, so complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.

Report honestly, without harassment, knowingly false claims or attempts to suppress competitors. Learn more in our Privacy & Data Protection Policy or use Contact Support for unrelated questions.

Urgent or Specialized Reports

For suspected trafficking, exploitation, underage content or serious threats, use Report Suspicious Activity. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

For photos of you posted without permission, use Remove My Photo. Copyright owners can also review the DMCA Policy.
